1. What are my shipping options?
MyCyclingGear.com
offers Ground shipment, 2nd Day Air and USPS Priority mail to the 48
contiguous states, Alaska, American Samoa, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin
Islands and Guam. We automatically
insure all Ground shipments and 2nd Day Air shipments.
The insurance cost is included in the shipping charge computed during
checkout. These two methods also
allow you to track your shipment using the tracking number we provide you via
email after we ship your order. USPS
Priority mail is generally the lowest cost option for items weighing less than 2
pounds; however, USPS Priority mail orders cannot be tracked nor insured and the
delivery date is not guaranteed. Next
day shipping may also be available depending on product availability. Please contact our Customer Care representatives by calling

2. When will I receive my shipment?
MyCyclingGear.com
ships orders received by 10:00am EST by the end of the business day.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will make every effort to
ship it within 48 hours. The following in-transit averages can be used after you have
received the MyCyclingGear.com email confirming shipment to estimate the arrival of
your shipment.
Ground
shipments - 5 to 7 business days after shipment
2nd
Day Air - 2 business days after shipment
USPS
Priority mail - 2 - 3 days after shipment (not guaranteed). USPS Priority
mail is shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
3. Do you ship products for Next Day delivery?
Although
we do not offer this option during checkout, we can ship your order Next Day Air
if the product is available. Please
contact our Customer Care specialists at 1-866-874-2525 or
customerservice@MyCyclingGear.com to receive a quote for Next Day Air shipping.
4. Can I track my shipment once it has left MyCyclingGear.com's warehouse?
We
send you an email confirming the shipment of your order immediately after the
product leaves our warehouse. This
email contains a tracking number you can use to track the location and status of
your shipment while it is in the hands of FedEx or UPS.
Online tracking is not available with USPS orders.
5. How can I estimate shipping costs before reaching the checkout area?
Shipping
costs can be estimated by aggregating the dimensional weight of the items you
will be ordering. Dimensional
weight is a standard measure used throughout the freight industry that considers
the amount of space your package will take up on an aircraft in relation to the
actual weight of your package. The dimensional weight of each item sold by
MyCyclingGear.com is listed on each product page to enable you to estimate shipping
costs and enable us to automatically compute actual shipping costs during
checkout. Once you have computed
the total dimensional weight of your order, you can estimate your total shipping
costs by finding the weight and your preferred shipping method in the shipping
rate estimates table. The
actual costs computed when you reach the checkout section will vary from this
estimate based on the "ship to" zip code.
Differences may also result from carrier rate changes not reflected in
the table. Please do not use the shipping rate estimates table to estimate shipping costs outside the contiguous United States.

In
order to quickly process your return or exchange we ask that you return the
item(s) in the same packaging it was shipped in or similar packaging to the
address below. Be sure to include a
copy of your invoice with your return along with an explanation stating why you
are not satisfied with the item(s) and your preference for exchange or refund.
If you no longer have your invoice, please include your full name, address and
order number, if possible. Please

7. How do I ship products to other countries?
In
order to ship products abroad you must provide us with a complete address and
select either "Worldwide Express" shipping, "USPS Global
Airmail" (United States Postal Service) shipping, or Latin America Special
shipping during checkout. UPS
Worldwide Express guarantees delivery to 215 countries in 2-3 days and can be
tracked online using the tracking number MyCyclingGear.com provides you when the
order is shipped. The 2-3 day
guarantee associated with this option makes it very expensive.
The second option, USPS Global Airmail, does not guarantee a delivery date
but in-transit times generally range from 4-10 days depending on destination and
time of year. USPS Global Airmail shipping costs are generally half the
costs of Worldwide Express. The
third option, Latin America Special, is only available to customers in Central
America, South America, and Mexico. This
option guarantees deliveries in 2 – 3 days.
Although we strive to provide you an accurate estimate of shipping costs
during checkout, many variables can affect the cost of international shipments.
We will contact you prior to shipping your order if actual shipping costs
differ from the estimate provided to you during checkout.
