MyCyclingGear.com guarantees 100% customer satisfaction with every product we sell.  If you are not fully satisfied with any undamaged, unused item you have purchased from us, you may return it within 45 days of the date of purchase and we will promptly exchange it or credit your account, you decide(1). If the product you would like to return has a defect that did not become apparent until after use or after 45 days of the purchase date, or the product was damaged during use, you must call our Customer Care Specialists at 1-866-874-2525 to obtain a return authorization.  

We also guarantee the lowest price online by matching our competitors’ prices including close-outs and sale items.  Simply enter the item name, price and URL or catalog/magazine where you saw the lower price in the Comments section of the checkout page and we will adjust your order price accordingly.  Please note that in order to match a price, the item must be from the same manufacturer and model year and it must still be available for sale.
